New Petit Sablé Bakery Under Construction in Aldie/South Riding Near Route 50

Construction is officially underway on Petit Sablé, a French-inspired bakery and dessert shop coming to the retail strip right off Route 50 at Gateway Village Place — directly across from Stone Springs Hospital and just steps from Gum Spring Library.

If you’ve driven by recently, you’ve probably noticed the steel framing rising beside The Human Bean and Arby’s. And yes — it might just be the sweetest addition yet.

According to The Burn, Petit Sablé Bakery Aldie South Riding will feature French cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts — with the possibility of customers even decorating their own treats. It’s reportedly one of the brand’s first U.S. locations, which makes this little corner of South Riding/Aldie feel even more special.
