I pulled together some of my favorite picks of Mother's Day events in Northern Virginia for 2026 so you don't have to do the scrolling. Whether you want something hands-on, relaxing, or just a really good excuse to get outside, there's something here for you.

If She Loves Flowers: Hope Flower Farm, Waterford VA

Hope Flower Farm is hosting an open house style event May 9th and 10th from 11am to 6pm with flowers, live music, and local vendors. The farm shop sells beautifully curated gifts and farm-fresh flowers, and bouquets are available for purchase on site. This one requires no ticket — just show up and enjoy. If She's a Foodie: The Conche Studio, Leesburg

No yoga experience needed — just come ready to cuddle some adorable goats. This is genuinely one of the most joyful ways to spend a Sunday morning and it will make for the best photos.

If She Loves a Good Tea: Tea with Mrs. B, Falls Church
